Time to apply for refund and Returns
You have a 7 days window from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a product from us that is damaged, leaked during delivery, or differs from what you ordered, we are here to assist you. To help us process your claim smoothly, we kindly request that you record a brief video while opening the package to serve as proof of the damage.
We will refund the full amount of the product as well in case of breakage during delivery. The product will have to be sent back to us in few cases. We will refund return delivery charges as well.
RETURN OF UNOPENED PRODUCT:
For unopened products which a client wishes to return ( with no issue caused from our side), client will pay the return delivery charges. The Amount will be refunded under 7 days after we receive the product and inspect it.
Note: In case product is found opened or the product packaging has been damaged by the client no refund will be issued and the package will be returned to the client
Refund Options:
 We recognize that individual preferences vary, which is why we offer two refund options for eligible returns:
a) Cash Refund: If you prefer a cash refund, we will transfer the full amount paid by you within 15 days of receiving the returned product. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
b) Replacement Product with Gift: If you prefer to exchange your wrongly delivered product with another we are more then happy to do it, Not only that we will provide a free gifts as an apology
Exclusions: Please note that our return and refund policy does not cover sample/trial-sized items and free gifts received with orders. It applies solely to full-sized products.
