It is important to follow the instructions on the label or as directed by your doctor.

Here are the steps on how to use PanOxyl Adapalene 0.1% Gel:

1. Cleanse your skin: Gently wash your face with a mild cleanser and pat it dry with a clean towel.
2. Apply the gel: Dispense a pea-sized amount of gel onto your fingertips. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas of your skin, avoiding your eyes, mouth, and nostrils.
3. Frequency of use: Use the gel once a day, preferably in the evening before bedtime.
4. Wait before moisturizing: Wait at least 20-30 minutes after applying the gel before using a moisturizer.

Additional tips:

• Start slowly: Begin by using the gel every other night for the first week to allow your skin to adjust.
• Be patient: It may take several weeks to see results.
• Protect your skin from the sun: Use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher daily, as retinoids can increase sun sensitivity.
• Avoid using other irritating products: While using PanOxyl Adapalene 0.1% Gel, avoid using other products that may irritate your skin, such as harsh soaps or toners.
