The formula is infused with mineral rich seawater from Ulleungo Island in Korea, which helps replenish skin with hydration, while also helping to balance sebum production. This gentle, everyday toner is also formulated with panthenol, allantoin and betaine to effectively protect and soothe irritated skin.
