How to Use
Prep: Exfoliate lips to create a smooth surface, then pat completely dry.
Apply Base & Adhesive: Apply an even layer of the lip liner/base, followed by a thin layer of the glitter bonding adhesive over your lips.
Press the Glitter: Dip the flat side of the applicator brush into the loose red glitter and gently press (do not sweep) onto the lips until fully coated.
Clean & Set: Use the clean end of the brush or a cotton swab to brush away excess glitter around the lip line, then allow 60 seconds to set completely.
